Returns and Refunds
All goods must be returned at the customer’s cost. A refund will be given for undamaged goods within the stated return period (14 days). A 25% re-stocking charge may be applied.
Aluminium products are bespoke and manufactured based on your order. Because we cannot effectively reuse the materials, any bespoke products are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless damaged.
We do not accept returns for bespoke items for any other reason. Faulty goods can be returned up to 14 working days following receipt of the order.
Please download and print our Return Form and return your faulty product(s) to the address on the form.
Discounts – We Won’t be Beaten on Price
All of our Aluminium Rainwater and Guttering products are already heavily discounted, but we won’t be beaten on price, so pick up the phone and speak to us as more discount can be available on larger orders – We won’t be beaten on price no matter what size your order is.
